About
Christina Shin, Esq., is the managing partner of Rowe, Weinstein & Sohn, PLLC and principal of Quantum Title Corporation. Prior to her founding roles in these companies, she was an attorney with Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale & Dorr, LLP.
Ms. Shin currently serves on the board of trustees at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. She is an executive board member for Samaritan Inns, Inc. and is the president of the International Women Entrepreneurs’ Foundation. Ms. Shin was previously designated as counsel for the non-profit Korean American Association of Greater Washington. She is a former 6-term President of the Korean American Women’s Chamber of Commerce and as a community activitist, she has served legal and fundraising roles to aid organization against human trafficking.
Ms. Shin has received numerous official citations and awards for her work from Governor Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr., U.S. Senator Christopher J. Van Hollen, Jr., U.S. Congressman Jamie B. Raskin, and Maryland State Senator Susan C. Lee.
Christina Shin earned her B.A. from the University of Virginia, MA from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, and JD from Rutgers University.
